9/11/2023 Caller reports after using product he experienced sweating and indigestion. Caller reports he was placing product in his yard about 1 hour 30 minutes ago. He states that he had on his gloves (it is not clear whether these were chemical resistant) while handling product and did not get any of the product on his skin. After handling product he went and took a shower. Caller then had a snack which includes cheese, hard salami and water. About 10 minutes ago he started to experience symptoms mentioned above. Caller does not have a diagnosis of acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and states he usually does not experience indigestion after eating such foods. He states that the weather was around 80 degrees if that high. He could not say if heat exposure could have contributed to his current symptoms. Caller states the symptoms were not improving . 9/12/2023 Callback: Caller went to the emergency room after calling us. He waited for 4 hours then left. He returned today and is currently being evaluated for his heart. Caller agreed to another callback if needed. 9/14/2023 Attempted callback and spoke with caller. He has been admitted into the hospital. They are looking for heart conditions due to his history of heart blockage. They are testing but he does not know what they are doing. He does not think this had anything to do with the bait. 9/21/2023 Attempted callback: Left a detailed message requesting a callback. Case and callback numbers provided. 9/22/2023 callback to consumer, Left Message with reason for call, callback number and case number. No further information is available.
