On 04 May 2020, sponsor was contacted to report an apparent adverse reaction to PREVENTIC (Imidacloprid/Permethrin) Topical Solution Medium Dog. According to a technician at (Clinic Name), the animal owner applied one tube of PREVENTIC Topical Solution to the dog topically along its back on 11 Apr 2020. The dog developed pruritus and alopecia at the application areas an unspecified amount of time after application. The clinical signs were persisting approximately two weeks after onset so the animal owner then applied Betagen Spray to the irritated areas and they resolved. The technician reported on 04 May 2020 that they were uncertain of an exact resolution date. No further information is expected.
