On 10-Aug-2019, a 2 month old, 2 pound, female, Domestic Shorthair cat, in unknown condition, with concomitant medical condition of fleas, was administered a partial tube of Hartz UltraGuard OneSpot Flea and Tick Cat Drops (S Methoprene) via the topical route by the animal owner. This was an extra label use as only a partial tube was applied. Immediately post application, the cat exhibited application site pruritus, licked her paw and then exhibited unspecified behavior changes. Approximately two minutes post application, the clinical signs resolved and the cat recovered without medical intervention. No further information was was expected.
