(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
11/10/2016 11:06:36 AM A pest control operator placed 2 Contrac blocks, in bait boxes, in a client's house a few days ago (exact date unknown). The client just called to report that they found their cat dead this morning. The client did not say if any symptoms were noted prior to death. The client also states that her other 2 cats are missing, but they are indoor/outdoor cats. The operator and client would like to know if the death is related. There was no witnessed exposure and the bait has remained in the bait boxes. The operator also applied a low concentration permethrin spray called Alpine in the client's home. Alpine is not affiliated with Bell Labs.
