7/13/2016 Caller states that a neighbor used the product via aerial application in August 2015. Caller and all of her family were outside at the time. They saw the plane flying and saw the product spray the road between caller's property and the neighbor's property. There is 300 feet between caller's house and the road. All of them tasted product in their mouths, and the skin on their faces was sticky. Within 3 hours all of them began to develop fatigue, throat irritation, malaise, aching bones, headaches, and stuffed noses. All of them have seen doctors, and are all taking a daily antihistamine. Caller had hot and cold flashes, swelling of lower legs, and rashes. She has been given antibiotics and assorted creams for the rashes. Caller's husband experienced blurred vision, facial swelling, and painful red spots on his face and scalp. He was seen in the emergency department for this, and was given an antiviral drug and antibiotics. His symptoms suddenly resolved 3 days later. Her son had severe nosebleeds and has gained 45 to 50 pounds in the past 6 months without a change in appetite or activity level. Her daughter left to visit friends in April, but her symptoms of fatigue and headaches continued despite taking antihistamine. Her other son has difficulty breathing despite steroid and antihistamine treatment. Caller's brother became irritable and generally unwell. He took Nyquil for his symptoms, but moved out a few months ago. He states that he can smell the product in their home when he visits. All of their lawn is dead, and some trees are dead and others browned. Caller was given information about what was sprayed by the pesticide compliance office. In June, another product was sprayed. The area was sprayed again this morning with an unknown product. 7/15/2016 Attempted call back to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. 7/18/2016 Attempted call back to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information.
