8/27/2015 Caller is a veterinary technician at a clinic treating a dog that chewed the bottle of the product and ingested the majority of the contents 3 days ago. The dog vomited twice that evening. Yesterday the dog developed lethargy, ataxia, and shifting leg lameness. The dog was brought to the clinic yesterday for evaluation. Blood work is in the process of being completed, but there are no results yet. No other treatment has been started yet. 9/1/2015 Attempted call back to the original caller for follow up information. The call would not go through.
