(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
On October 2, 2015 the kitten suddenly died, so the owner contacted the store where she purchased the product. The store manager then contacted the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS). The APSS veterinarian told the store manager she would call the owner to discuss the case. The APSS veterinarian contacted the owner to complete the history gathering. The APSS veterinarian stated even if product had been available in undiluted form to cats, would not expect more than bad taste reaction, retching, drooling if some had been licked up. The APSS veterinarian recommended a necropsy (to help determine the cause of death). The owner stated she just buried the kitten, so the APSS veterinarian recommended the owner discuss necropsy with her regular veterinarian so the veterinarian could submit the body for necropsy if the body was disinterred.
Mort
The APSS veterinarian stated that the substance was considered to have a doubtful likelihood of causing the clinical situation.
