On an unknown date post application in 2009 the canine died from an unknown cause. It was unknown if a necropsy examination was performed.Due to the sensitive nature of the communication, specific event details were not obtained, nor will such be sought. The reason for the initial call was to discuss the use of the product on her other dogs and not to report the death of the patient.
À être déterminé par le titulaire
Classification selon la gravité (s'il y a plus d'une catégorie possible, veuillez choisir la plus grave)
Mort
19. Donner des renseignements additionnels ici
Death not expected after product application, as inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. Reliability of data is questionable due to limited information (product and animal details, medical history, chronology, necropsy not available). Other etiologies are more probable. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. Though time to onset unknown, death is inconsistent with the pharmacological product profile. Advance age dog. The reason for the initial call was to discuss the use of the product on other dogs and not to report the death of the patient. Cause for death unrelated to product use. In the end, product involvement was ruled out for serious outcome. A product connection seems unlikely
