This product was applied by the landlord sometime on Sunday (06/02). The owner says the pet was locked in a room while the landlord did this because the owner was not home. The owner came home a few hours after the product had been sprayed and the pet was let out of the room, so he did not have access to the area when it was wet. The owner also tried to be vigilant and keep the pet away from the area for the rest of the night. The pet started to vomit early Monday morning, he has progressed to not eating and only drinking a little. The owner says he is also lethargic and not playful. The owner was advised that once the product is dry in the house , would not expect signs from an exposure. Could see mild GI upset if the cat licked an area that was still wet after the product was applied. Cats are very sensitive to permethrins but would not expect this type of exposure to result in significant signs. Outcome unknown
