7/15/2013 Caller sprayed product once in a storage room 3 days ago. Caller and his wife who both were in the small room at the time coughed after this, which resolved after about 1 hour. That night, caller felt lightheaded. His symptoms have since resolved. Caller admits to having diabetes and will develop fluctuations in his blood sugar and dizziness from time to time so that may have been the cause of his dizziness.

The information contained in this report is based on self-reported statements provided to the registrant during telephone Interview(s). These self-reported descriptions of an incident have not been independently verified to be factually correct or complete descriptions of the incident. For that reason, information contained in this report does not and can not form the basis for a determination of whether the reported clinical effects are causally related to exposure to the product identified in the telephone interviews. If airborne spray particles are inhaled during spraying then transient upper respiratory irritation is possible. The presence of these individuals in a confined room at the time of spraying increases the likelihood of direct inhalation. When considering the body of regulatory data and post-marketing data as well as the weight of scientific peer reviewed evidence on the active ingredients used in this product such a causal relationship appears to be scientifically implausible. The toxicity profile of the active ingredients used in this pesticide are not associated with metabolic changes in blood glucose.
