11/18/2012 Caller applied product outside the home 1 week ago. Caller kept her dogs off the treated area for several days. About 5 days ago, one dog developed vomiting with blood and diarrhea with blood. The dog was taken to the veterinarian where she was admitted. She was given intravenous fluids and other unknown treatments. The dog died on 11/16/12. Callers other dog developed vomiting with blood and diarrhea with blood on 11/15/2012. He was admitted to the hospital, and received intravenous fluids and other unknown treatments. he was discharged today, but is now refusing to eat. 11/19/2012 Callback attempted to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. Caller is returning the previous message. The dog is still at the veterinarian and is getting worse. the dog continues to vomit blood. 11/26/2012 Callback attempted to the original caller. Caller was not available, and family member asked that callback be done another time.11/28/2012 Callback attempted to the original caller. The dog was hospitalized for 1 week and 2 days. No additional tests or therapies were performed, and he was kept on intravenous fluids.
