(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
4/7/2010 Caller brought her dog to work three days ago, and witnessed the dog lick the baseboard where product had been applied. Caller does not know when the product was applied. The next day, caller returned home from work to find dog had swelling around the eyes and mouth. Caller gave the dog Benadryl, which relieved swelling around the eyes. Caller did contact her veterinarian last night, and the veterinarian does not think the dog's symptoms are related to the product.

The information contained in this report is based on self-reported statements provided to the registrant during telephone Interview(s). These self-reported descriptions of an incident have not been independently verified to be factually correct or complete descriptions of the incident. For that reason, information contained in this report does not and can not form the basis for a determination of whether the reported clinical effects are causally related to exposure to the product identified in the telephone interviews. Swelling about the eyelids that responds to antihistamine therapy would imply an allergic reaction which could have multiple potential etiologies. Facial swelling is not typically seen following accidental ingestions of this pesticide.
