Accidental ingestion/Ingestion accident.
(p.ex. description des symptômes tels que la fréquence et la gravité
Owner is calling about her dog who ingested one block about 15 minutes ago. The dog vomited on his own. Owner saw about half of the block in the vomitus. Product confirmed. Doses are for a half of a block since the dog vomited most of it back up. The animal's owner was advised that the dose calculated is for the remaining half bar left inside the dog. Concern is for coagulopathy to develop 3-5 days post-exposure. This dose is still at our level of concern. Also he was told to monitor at home and to take away the food and water for about one hour. She was also advised by the PC to go to her local DVM tomorrow for vitamin K and have them call us for treatment. I told her if she has any further questions to call us back as well. I gave her case and follow up number. Outcome unknown
