3/4/2008 3:33:35 PM The caller reports that the product was placed in the home by a pest control operator 7-10 days ago. The dog may have had access to the blocks or may have ingested 1-2 baby mice according. No ingestion was witnessed. Last night the dog was seen at the (name) because he was bleeding from the nose. The dog was treated with Vitamin K1. A complete blood count and prothrombin time were performed. The prothrombin time was elevated. The dog died this morning. It is not clear as to whether or not the dog was discharged from the hospital against medical advice or not.
