5/11/2026 Consumer email: Hi, my son was cooking on the stove. The stove called on fire. There was about six cans of raid flea spray the flea bug bombs. Here is my question he was in a carbon monoxide situation. There was Ajax involved that got heated up and then all of a sudden the flea bombs, the flea spray blew up and we need to know the type of chemical because when it blew up, it blew up into his face now it is no fault of yours. It is our fault but we need to know what the chemical was. That would have been released after the explosion or after they blow up because it went into his face and we need to know what type of chemical it is in there thatas released after the can blows up thank you please we really need to know. This is pretty urgent. If you would get back to us it would be great. Thank you for your time. 5/11/2026 Callback to consumer. His son, who is autistic and living by himself, had 5-6 cans of product sitting near his stove while cooking sometime between 1030am and 530pm on March 6th, 2026.

Narrative, continued: The stove caught fire, his son tried to put it out paper and then with Ajax. The cans exploded. Unknown how long his son was in the house after the fire and product explosion. His son was found wandering the neighborhood after 530pm that day, and was hallucinating, paranoid, had memory loss and an unspecified degree of burns on his fingers. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance, during which he ripped out his intravenous needle. The hospital wanted consumer to sign paperwork to transfer his son to a burn clinic. His son refused and left the hospital. He tried to break back into his home, was arrested and tried to spray the cop with a hose. He was then tased and pepper sprayed in the face as he was not coherent. He was transported by the cops back to the hospital where an unspecified lung test was performed, he was taken to another hospital, and put in a hyperbaric chamber. They performed unspecified brain scans. His son was in the hospital less than 24 hours and discharged with situational psychosis. He was admitted into a mental hospital as he was still hallucinating. They had prescribed him an unknown medication. His son is now living at home with the consumer. He is currently on prescribed medications of Trazodone, unspecified medication for anxiety, Prozac, and an unspecified medication to make him sleep.
