One bottle of Boss Pour-On 5L was received by a clinic with visible product on the primary packaging. When the bottle was inspected, the bottle was leaking from under the cap. No human exposure was reported.

28 Feb 2025 After the investigation carried out with the multidisciplinary team, no specific failures were identified in the process related to the batch in question. In this specific case no systemic irregularities were found, but rather a specific failure that was detected by the customer.
