80 ruches étaient dans un champ de canneberge biologique le 7 juillet 2024, durant une journée ensoleillée. Le 7 juillet 2024, un produit nommé Entrust aurait été appliqué le soir. Il traite à l'acide formique en continue durant la saison et à l'acide oxalique en sublimation le printemps et l'automne.

Le lendemain, l'apiculteur a note de nombreuses abeilles mortes à l'entree des ruches. L'apiculteur a ensuite appele le reseau apicole du MAPAQ pour reporter cet evenement. Le cas m'a ensuite ete assigne. Le taux de mortalite hivernale de 2023-2024 est de 20%, avec un hivernement exterieur. L'apiculteur n'a pas d'historique de maladies. L'infestation au varroa est controle (0-0.33% sur 3 lavages a l'alcool). Abeilles adultes mortes en tres grande quantite devant les ruches, sur une courte periode de temps le 8-9 juillet 2024 (effet soudain). Le spinosad a une concentration de 1.9 mg/kg a ete detecte dans des abeilles mortes congelees. L'echantillon d'abeilles mortes composite a ete preleve par [Nom] (La Piqûre) le 9 juillet 2024. Un echantillon d'abeilles a ete soumis au laboratoire le 12 juillet 2024. Les analyses ont ete realisees au Laboratoire d'expertises et d'analyses alimentaires du MAPAQ. Lors de mon inspection apicole, le 11 juillet 2024, j'ai inspecte 7 ruches sur 40 dans un des deux ruchers. Aucune anomalie n'a ete dans le couvain ni sur les abeilles adultes.
