Date 20-FEB-20

2. a) Is an extension needed to translate the document?

3. Type of incident identified in the study

New health or environmental hazard

4. Describe the incident identified in the study (e.g. study demonstrates an increased risk to non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma after exposure to pesticide X)

A repeat dose dietary exposure test to honey bee larvae was conducted using MON 0139 (MON 0139 = 46.1% a.e.; glyphosate IPA salt in water) using dietary doses of 5.1, 12.8, 31.9, 80 and 200 Aug a.s./larva (corresponding to 11.0, 27.5, 68.7, 172 and 429 Aug product/larva) + positive negative control gps. (3 reps per gp with 12 larvae per rep) Larvae were fed daily from Day 4 to Day 8. Pupal cumulative mortality was assessed on day 15. Adult emergence rate assessed on day 22. Based on measured dietary doses, the ED50 (adult emergence) was 200 Aug a.s./larva (1262 mg a.s./kg diet). Values for ED10 and EC10 were 75.6 Aug a.s./larva and 477 mg a.s./kg diet, respectively. The respective NOED was 80 Aug a.s./larva and the corresponding NOEC was 505 mg a.s./kg diet.
