2024SCPU00079355 - The reporter, a veterinarian, indicates an exposure to pesticides containing the active ingredients thiamethoxam, azoxystrobin, fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M, and thiabendazole. One day before the day of initial contact with the registrant, two 200 pound, 3 month old calves of unknown breed and sex ingested a small amount of corn that had been treated with the pesticides. The calves died before medical attention could be provided. The reporter was advised this was not consistent with exposure to the pesticide as described. No additional information is available.

2024SCPU00079355 - The reporter, a veterinarian, indicates an exposure to pesticides containing the active ingredients thiamethoxam, azoxystrobin, fludioxonil, metalaxyl-M, and thiabendazole. One day before the day of initial contact with the registrant, two 200 pound, 3 month old calves of unknown breed and sex ingested a small amount of corn that had been treated with the pesticides. On the day of initial contact the calves were circling, lethargic, and having difficulty standing. The reporter was advised the clinical signs were not consistent with exposure to the pesticide as described and was advised to provide symptomatic and supportive care. Seven days after the day of initial contact, the reporter contacted the registrant and reported the calves had died on the day of initial contact. No additional information is available.
