The owner reported the dog ingested up to 4 pellets/blocks of product placed by a pest control operator on either January 29 or 30, 2024. The dog vomited spontaneously the same day with grass in its emesis and the owner was uncertain if any product was returned. The owner gave unspecified charcoal tablets and contacted the pest control operator. On February 1, 2024, the dog was brought to the vet with vomiting, diarrhea and drooling. It was reported that the vet conducted unspecified tests and treatments. It was reported that the dog was monitored at home. The dog became very weak, lethargic, and passed away on his own, at home, on approximately February 3, 2024.
