9/1/2023 All of the following was spontaneously reported by the caller. Caller is reporting that he used the product approximately 3 weeks ago in his yard and believes that some of the product mist must have gotten into his mouth on his tongue. He immediately began experiencing burning and soreness to the lips and tongue. These symptoms are still ongoing although he reports they are better. He washed at the time of exposure and has contacted his doctor via phone. His doctor requested that he complete blood work which he has done and has an appointment today 9/1/23 with his doctor to review these test results. Caller is asking if the product could be the cause of his ongoing symptoms. Caller also reported that the product was diluted per the instructions the best he could. 9/5/2023 Attempted call back. No answer. Left message with reason for call, and case and callback numbers.
