Subform VII: Scientific Study

1. Study Reference

Title Isoxadifen-ethyl tech.: Toxicity to zebrafish (Danio rerio) in an early-life stage test

Date 10-FEB-22

2. a) Is an extension needed to translate the document?

No

3. Type of incident identified in the study

New health or environmental hazard

4. Describe the incident identified in the study (e.g. study demonstrates an increased risk to non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma after exposure to pesticide X)

In a chronic toxicity study conducted with Zebrafish (Zebra danio), a No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC; nominal) of 0.016 mg/L based on survival was determined. This value is more than 10 times lower than existing fish acute toxicity value (0.22 mg/L). While this study meets the reportability criteria, aquatic exposure to the safener at levels of toxicological concern are not expected.

5. a) Was the study discontinued before completion?

No

5. b) Provide the reason for discontinuation

6. If the study is ongoing, what is the expected completion date?
