6/27/2023 Caller reports that the product is not working. Caller states that in March of this year, she tried to turn the product on but it did not work. She opened the battery compartment and there was white powder in the battery compartment. She got some gloves and took the batteries out. She cleaned the battery compartment and placed new batteries in but the product still did not work. She did wash her hands after taking her gloves off.
