6/17/2023 The caller is inquiring about possible side effects after using the product. The caller is reporting that he sprayed the product around the home on 6/11/2023 and about 12 hours later, he experienced balance issues, specifically that it was difficult for him to stand and reported that the symptoms are still present. The caller was seen by his doctor on 6/14/2023 and was advised to rest and see if the symptoms continued. The caller stated that no testing was completed when he was seen and that he was advised to return in a week if the symptoms continued. 6/23/2023 Attempted call back with French interpreter, and spoke with caller. He feels better but is not back to normal. He states that if he feels poorly next week he will make an appointment to see his doctor, and he will call us back and let us know.
