On 01-Jun-2022 the 9 year old, 2.4kg, neutered, male, Chihuahua dog, in unknown condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, had hind limb lameness, application site pruritus, and a curved back (abnormal posture). On 01-Jun-2022 the pet owner bathed the dog with an unknown dog shampoo.
