On 01-Jun-2022 a clinic staff member contacted Elanco regarding an adverse event following the application of K9 Advantix II Large Dog (Permethrin, Imidacloprid, Pyriproxyfen). On 12-Apr-2022 and on 12-May-2022 the pet owner applied the product to the dog.

Immediately after each application the 3.9 year old, 10.4kg, neutered, female, English Cocker Spaniel dog, in unknown condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, became lethargic, anorexic, and had bad breathe. After each incident the dog recovered 2 weeks after onset of symptoms without treatment.
