6/9/2022 Caller's dog chewed on a bait 15 minutes ago. The dog is currently asymptomatic, and no treatments have been performed. Call back from the original caller. Caller handled the product with her bare hands while taking it away from the dog approximately 20 to 25 minutes ago. She washed her hands about 10 minutes ago after she began to have a metallic taste in her mouth and tingling on her bottom lip. Caller rinsed her mouth out with water. She cannot recall if she touched her lips or mouth. 6/10/2022 Attempted call back to the original caller for follow up. The line was picked up and immediately disconnected on two attempts, unable to leave a message. The dog is not included as a patient in this report as it remained asymptomatic.
