2022SCPC00046969 The reporter describes a packaging failure involving a pesticide containing the active ingredient flucarbazone (present as flucarbazone-sodium). The reporter stated that on receipt of the pesticide containers it appeared the caps were improperly threaded on the bottle. When the containers were angled during removal from the pallet approximately one tablespoon of the pesticide leaked from each of the seven containers. No exposure or environmental injury took place. No further information is available.
