On 16-May-2022 an RVT contacted Elanco to report an adverse event regarding Advantage II Large Cat (Imidacloprid, Pyriproxyfen) concerning a cat. On 09-May-2022, a cat was administered 1 tube of Advantage II Large Cat topically by the pet owner.

On 10-May-2022, the 15 year old, 4.6 kg, neutered, female, Domestic Shorthair feline/cat, in good condition, with unknown concomitant medical conditions, was lethargic and there was hair lost at the Advantage II application site. On 16-May-2022 the had had fully recovered.
