(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
On 08-Nov-2021 a pest control operator (PCO) reported the death of a dog after possible exposure to Final All Weather Blox. Limited information was available as the incident was reported to the PCO by the building landlord and not the animal owner. On 20-Oct-2021, four or five 20 gram blocks were placed in one area of the building (location not specified). It was unknown if an ingestion was witnessed and how much bait may have been ingested. The owner found the dog deceased the morning of approximately 02-Nov-2021. It is unknown if any clinical signs were observed prior to death. Samples obtained during necropsy were being submitted for anticoagulant testing. The PCO stated the product was misused as the label instructions state to place two blocks of bait next to each other at intervals of 8-12 feet apart, but four to five blocks were placed in the same area. No further information was received.
