Immediately post application the dog had a behavior disorder. On an unspecified date post onset, in 2020, the dog died. No known necropsy was performed. No more information is expected. This case is closed. The intent of the call was to inquire about product use in general and not to report this event. Note: Previous application well tolerated in case narrative.

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Reported behavioural disorder is very unspecific, however may be a consequence of the feeling caused by the applied product. Further reported death after product application is not expected in dog, as it is inconsistent with the pharmaco-toxicological profile of the product. Other causes should be considered. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. Though time to onset is short for initial reported sign, it is unknown for later reported sign. Previous applications well tolerated. Moreover, the intent of the call was to inquire about product use in general and not to report this event. Considering very low level of information (animal details, product size, circumstances for death and necropsy details), a product connection is unassessable.
