Death

19. Provide supplemental information here

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Reported lethargy is very unspecific and in this case is likely associated with the vaccine administration. Further reported death after product application is not expected in dogs, as it is inconsistent with the pharmaco-toxicological profile of the product. Other underlying causes must be considered in this geriatric dog with unknown health status. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. Finally, considering that many factors are unknown in this case e.g., time to onset, necropsy results, a product connection is classified unassessable.
