The NOEDD (1.18 ng/bee/d) for this larval chronic study is greater than ten times lower than the LD50 (28 ng/bee) for the lowest adult oral acute used by PMRA in the most recent ecological risk assessment for deltamethrin (PRVD2015-07). This chronic value, however, is similar to the adult contact LD50 (1.5 ng/bee) used by the PMRA in this assessment.
