1-61293794 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates an exposure to a pesticide containing the active ingredient iron(present as FeHEDTA). One day before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter applied the product to a surface in her yard. On the day of initial contact, the reporter stated her 13-pound, 9-week-old, female, mixed breed dog had contact with the dried treated area and approximately 6 hours later became lethargic and her eyes rolled back into her head when she was roused. The reporter stated the dog was being evaluated by a veterinarian and there was a possibility of the dog having contact with marijuana in the home around the same time frame. The reporter was advised to continue to work with the veterinarian, but the described symptoms would be highly unusual for contact with the dried product. No additional information is available.
