19. Provide supplemental information here

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Lethargy is an unspecific sign and may have multiple potential other causes in an animal. Death is inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile and experience. Product has wide margin of safety. The oral LD50 in rat is 642 mg/kg BW. 20-fold overdosage tolerated by dogs without showing any side effect. Other unrelated causes are more probable in this geriatric animal. The intent of the call was to inquire about product use in general and not to report this event. Considering low level of information (e.g. health status, medical history and time to onset are unknown), a relation to this case is considered as unassessable.
