Death

19. Provide supplemental information here

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Reported hyperactivity may be a behavioural response to the feeling caused by the applied product. Time to onset is short. Further reported death after product application is not expected in dogs, as it is inconsistent with the pharmaco-toxicological profile of the product. Reliability of the report is questionable, due to very low level of information. Other etiologies are likely. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. In case of suspected product involvement, adverse event would have been reported in close proximity of the event and not long time after. Moreover, the intent of the call was to inquire about product use in general and not to report this event. Time to onset is long for reporting the event. Considering unknown time to onset, a product connection is considered unassessable.
