On 1-Jun-2020, a 10 year old, 7.3 kg, female spayed Miniature Schnauzer in good condition with no concomitant medical conditions was administered one K 9 ADVANTIX II 4 X 1.0 ML MED DOG, (-), by Animal owner. The product was used according to label (No). Application is questionable first said applied in 2 spots then said 2 on back, 1 on chest and 1 on tail.

On 01-Jun-2020 immediately after application the dog became itchy and agitated. Appoximately 12 hours later dog was bathed with water. On 02-Jun-2020 the dog was bathed again with dish soap 2 more times. As of 05-Jun-2020 the dog is still itchy at application sites.
