8/1/2019 Consumer contacted via social media stating that she was injured with a product and the injury required 10 stitches. A call to the consumer was attempted. The answering party took a message for consumer requesting follow up. Consumer is calling back. Caller states that the metal that the product rests on was on the table on 6/23/2019. She left the area and returned to find the product on the floor. She bent down to pick up the product, lost her balance, and fell. Her hand landed on the metal, and cut the thumb and pointer finger on her left hand. She went to the clinic the next day, and the lacerations required 5 stitches in each finger. She was given 14 days of antibiotics, and advised to clean and dress the wounds daily. She has a scar on her thumb, and still has pain when she puts her hands in water.
