1-57295593 - The reporter indicates an exposure to a pesticide containing the active ingredient lambda-cyhalothrin. Approximately one hour before the time of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter indicated a co-worker inhaled some mist from the product and also got some on his hand. The reporter indicated his co-worker was currently experiencing shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, muscle cramps and skin tingling. The reporter was advised to have his co-worker thoroughly rinse the exposed skin and have him get fresh air, but if the symptoms don't resolve within a few minutes, medical attention should be sought. On follow-up call one day later, the reporter indicated his co-worker's symptoms lasted about 6 hours. No additional information is available.
