19. Provide supplemental information here

O - Unclassifiable/unassessable Permethrin has the potential to cause mild, transient neurological disorders (e.g. unable to walk) in particularly susceptible animals. Death after product application is not expected in dogs, as it is inconsistent with the pharmaco-toxicological profile of the product. Other etiologies are likely. No signs of allergy/anaphylactic reaction reported. Overall, very low level of information: event was reported 10 years after occurrence. Considering poor reliability of case and unknown time to onset, a product connection is unassessable.
