On approximately 15-Jul-2019, the cat exhibited coughing and sneezing. On 21-Jul-2019, the cat died. No known necropsy was performed. No further information is expected. This case is closed.

N - Unlikely Reported coughing and sneezing are not anticipated with appropriate topical product administration as inconsistent with the product`s pharmacolo-toxicological profile and may have numerous other cases. Death is also inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile and experience. Oral LD50 in rat is 642 mg/kg BW. 24-fold over dosage tolerated by cats without showing any side effect. Furthermore time to onset is much too long. Other causes are more probable. Overall, a product involvement is unlikely.
