On 24-Jul-2019, a 0.25 year old, 1.41 kg, female Domestic Shorthair in good condition with no concomitant medical conditions was administered an unknown amount of ADVANTAGE II 4 X 4.0 ML EX LGE DOG, (-), by Other health professional. The product was used according to label (No- incorrect species). The kitten was also given Cestex (epsiprantel tablets).On 25 Jul 2019 the cat was administered Felocell vaccine by the veterinarian.

On 28 Jul 2019 the cat became anorexic and lethargic. On 29 Jul 2019 the cat remained anorexic and lethargic and started vomited. On 30 Jul the kitten was seen by a veterinarian recommended testing for feline viral diseases and to force feed AD diet and AminoBioplex. The outcome is unknown.
