1-56276863 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicates an exposure to a pesticide containing the active ingredient bromethalin. Approximately one day before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter stated his 4-month-old dog of unknown weight, breed and gender ingested an unknown amount of the product. On the day of initial contact, the reporter indicated the dog had died. No additional information is available.
