The following was reported: My neighbour is spraying their property (and my own) with pesticides we believe to be banned under the Ontario pesticide ban. In 2016, we initially requested that they not spray over the property line as it is killing our hedge trees and we don't want unsafe chemicals impacting our well water, dog, etc. Many of the trees were turning brown. The product was in a grey container marked Ground Clear. The behaviour continued despite our requests and three of my hedge trees have now completely died. Neighbour now uses an unmarked container to spray my property. Please see attached images. My property was most recently sprayed on June 7th, 2019.
