Approximately three days before the day of initial contact with the registrant, the reporter saw his 5-month-old, female, mixed breed dog of unknown weight ingest 9 ounces of the product. Two days before the day of initial contact, the dog started having seizures and has continued to have multiple seizures as well as vomiting. The reporter was advised to seek immediate veterinary care for the dog as the symptoms were likely related to the product ingestion. On follow up call two days later, the reporter stated he was unable to seek veterinary care. The dog continued to have seizures every two hours and died one day after the day of initial contact.
