On an unknown date in 2015, a 17 year old, 75 pound, neutered, female, crossbred canine, in unknown condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, had 1 Seresto Large Dog collar (Flumethrin-Imidacloprid) placed around the neck by the owner.

On an unknown date in 2015, post application, the dog died. No necropsy was performed. Due to the sensitive nature of the communication, specific relevant details were not obtained, nor will such be sought. The intent of the call was to inquire about product use in general and not to report this event. No more information is expected. Case is closed.
