(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms

On March 9, 2018 the cat was accidentally left in an area while it was being sprayed with the product. Later in the evening on March 9, 2018 the cat developed symptoms. A couple hours later, the owner took the cat to the emergency veterinarian who took radiographs (no significant findings (NSF)). Shortly after, the emergency veterinarian contacted the Animal Product Safety Service (APSS). The APSS veterinarian stated that respiratory irritation is possible from inhalation of the hydrocarbon fumes and that significant respiratory effects would be unlikely, unless the product were aspirated. The APSS veterinarian recommended the emergency veterinarian monitor for respiratory signs, provide symptomatic care (oxygen (O2), bronchodilator, antibiotic if any evidence of pneumonitis), and to call back with questions.
