At the end of June the pet owner noticed skin lesions distant from the application site. K9 Advantix II large was then applied in August 2018 and the dog experienced hair loss at the application site. The dog was not examined by a veterinarian and the outcome is unknown.

Later reported application site hair loss after subsequent product application may reflect local dermal sensitivity to the product. Time to onset is long for initial reported sign, it is unknown for later reported sign. Considering ovearall aspects, a product connection is unassessable.
