B - Possible - Reported head tilt is not expected after product application. Moreover, the sign related to the concomitant condition of chronic ear infections. Lethargy is an unspecific sign, however, it may represent a behavioral response to product sensation. Anorexia is likely a consequence of lethargic status. Considering consistent time to onset and that systemic signs were reported on previous applications as well, a product connection cannot be excluded and is deemed to possible.
