8/21/2018 Caller works for a pest control operator. A client contacted them stating that his dog had died after product was applied inside the house. The product was properly diluted and applied on 8/16/2018. The dog died on 8/19/2018. Caller has the dog's medical records, and the dog was being treated for pneumonia prior to death.
